On January 5, 2022, the weather was cold, but the enthusiasm of the employees was high. More than 40 people of the company were divided into red and blue teams to participate in the activities. Through four events: Land curling, ice cluster ball, table curling and table ice hockey, the PK competition was launched. After fierce competition, the two teams won the red team and won the festive red scarf. The blue team players produced several lucky people through the game link, and also won the red scarf. Through the "ice and snow Caravan" sports experience, the ice and snow sports are really sent to the door of the employees, and the ice and snow sports are really hot and hot at the grass-roots level.

At 8:00 a.m. on January 6, 2022, the company organized 30 ice and snow sports experience personnel to participate in the training at Qingliang ancient town ski resort. The company attached great importance to it. The chairman carefully advised that "safety must be the first", and general manager Liu also reminded everyone that "you must learn to brake first to ensure safety and avoid injury". With the care of the leaders, everyone embarked on a learning journey.

As soon as we got off the train, we arrived at the world of ice and snow. The person in charge of the Municipal Sports Bureau and the snow field warmly received us. "Zero" foundation, "zero" experience, age 20 + to 50 +, under the protection of two coaches and several staff members of the snow field, we began to learn the skills of double board sliding. The training contents started from the adaptability to snowboard, moving forward, moving sideways, plow type sliding, braking, parallel turning sliding, etc. we were full of theoretical learning.

The practical training is much more difficult than expected. Under the "magic carpet" transportation, the students climb to the top (the highest peak of the snow field) and start to slide. All the way down, they fall and fall, climb up and fall. Although it is painful, the more they fall, the more courageous they are. In a short half day, more than 80% of them can slide freely. More importantly, many comrades throw away their snowsticks and slide with their bare hands. They are tired and happy in the learning process. They also create a variety of actions, It's really full of tricks: there are those who split and slide all the way, those who rotate 360 degrees in place, those who use self falling to replace the brake, and of course, there are those who slide carefully in the middle of the mountain and constantly grope. In short, the word "cool" means "cool" and the word "strong". Whether it's sour or fun, it's full of fun and challenges. It's a fitness exercise that immerses people in nature and makes people forget their troubles. The person in charge of the snow field and the coaches were very surprised and praised the students of Hengxiang science and technology for their fast learning speed and high learning enthusiasm.

In this group building activity, every member of Hengxiang technology helped each other and exchanged their learning experience. They had an immersive ice and snow sports experience of "working at sunrise and returning at dusk". We cherish this learning opportunity and gradually master the skills through efforts. At the same time, we also deeply understand the psychological and physiological pressures that athletes have to bear in high-intensity training.
